The Secrect of Puerh Tea

This a a great video from Numi Tea on the processes used to make traditional Chinese Puerh tea. Libby is a big fan of Puerhs while I have just started to really develop my palette for them. Of all teas Puerh is the most like wine in that it is fermented and aged in cakes, growing in charater as it is allowed to develop. Numi has a great selection of  organic Puerh teas that are resonably priced for those of use that want to try new varieties but not break the bank.
